QMS-800 Ticket Dispenser
When customers first enter you office they are either asked to take a ticket or, in cases where a Receptionist is the first point of contact, they are given a ticket and are then directed to the appropriate waiting area.
The ticket dispenser QMS-800 comes with an integrated 15" touch screen, thermal printer for tickets and a PC. In a traditional queueing system the touch screen is used for displaying a background with buttons for different service types, appointments or other services. The screen can also show different menus in sequence with more options, languages, persons or service types. You can display hundreds of different options on different menus, it all depends on how much your typical users can process at a time.
The ticket dispenser QMS-800 can be equipped with a card reader for identity recognition (see below) or for handling customers in a VIP queue. It can also use a synthetic voice to announce your queue number, tell you the current queue number and then call you to the right workstation when its your turn.
The touch screen can also be used as a visitors system or as an arrival, booking or payment terminal.

With an Electronic Queue Management Solution, customers take a ticket, from a Ticket Dispenser, on entering your premises and are then directed to a waiting area. Tickets are dispensed based on the customers chosen service requirement and he/she is then called to the appropriate operator when their turn arrives.
Queuing information is displayed for customers on LED Indicators or Digital Displays (LCD etc) and this enables the customer to relax as they await their turn thus lowering the perceived waiting time and making the waiting experience more pleasent.
